FPS Dropping near other champions(Gameplay)

My FPS drops whenever i walk near other champions.I was playing a ranked 5's game and I could click in one place but every few seconds I couldn't change where I was walking,causing me to walk right into the other team a few times.TBH,this happens every time you guys do maintenance ,and I am starting to get really frustrated because I want to play with my friends but feeling like I will be throwing the game.Please help!

The same thing keeps happening to me as well. I notice that as I get to where everyone is fighting, my fps drops to 09, then the screen freezes, and then I am dead. I turned down the resolution and put settings to the lowest for performance, and then the game froze completely, and then I was stuck 'Attempting to Reconnect'. Afterwards, my computer was very laggy, until League finally shut out and now my computer is running fine again.
