Warmogs not working till over 3000 HP

Was in a game as Rumble 
. Bought a Warmogs 
, and leveled up to 14, bringing my total max HP to 3000. In the item description for Warmogs, it states that you must have at least 3000 for the passive to kick in.
> "Grants Warmog's Heart if you have at least 3000 maximum health."
As the attached screenshot shows, I did have 3000, and was "out of combat". But the effect would not activate. Minutes later, after getting more than 3000, it began to work as intended.
Silly thing to die from, having exactly 3000 but not be enough to proc the effect. :P
