[GAMEPLAY] Fiora ultimate vital on-hit bug

Hello I have been playing updated Fiora a lot lately, but I have been getting bugs with ultimate. After casting an ult on an enemy champion and hitting the vitals, effect does not go off sometimes depending on where AA's are triggered. As far as it seems, it looks like it does not go off when I try hitting the vital on the edge of the area or when I am closer to the champion, within the the circle itself (it goes off when I stand little further out) I dont have videos of this but I have played plenty of incidents when the vitals did not go off.

Don't know how the game decided if you've attacked from the correct direction, but it SHOULD look from the center of the target champ to the center of Fiora. I've had issues with missiles not hitting with champs stacking on me because the missile doesn't start from the center of the champ. If you need a minimum distance from the target champ to hit a vital then it should be documented.
