My PC always experiences unexpected death every time when the timer goes at 00:01

Just as the title says, I have experience unexpected death each time I start the game. More specifically, I could successfully log into the game and see online friends, look over the store. However, every time I play the custom game, and after loading the game environment, I can see my home but at 00:01 the game crash as the pc dead, screen is still keyboard and mouse doesn't work at all, and there is a noise like "kakaka". Then I have to shut it down.

My operation system is win10, and I used it to play LOL two months ago, it worked good. But right now I installed it again this issue popped up. Anyone has suggestion?
