Sion Passiv Cant be hooked/grabed by thresh ?!?!

recently i played a game as thresh the enemies had a sion one time we killed sion verry closely and i planed to hook sion when he goes in zombie form but it didnt worked and we dieed Me and my friend also tested it in a custom game and there it does not work as well :/
