[CLIENT] Can't Lock in Champion

I keep getting a bug where I can't lock in my champion. The select a champion comes up but I can't lock in for some reason. Switching characters doesn't work and I've dodged probably 5-6 games in the last two weeks due to this issue. It's quite annoying as I've lost LP and time because of it. I've seen issues for this bug going all the way back to 2017, so while the actual iteration of the bug is likely different, there is precedent.

This just happened to me as well. I cant select runes, I cant pick a different champion, and I cannot lockin. Happens randomly sometime after banning in champ select.

It is incredibly frustrating to be marked as a dodger and losing rank when this happens.
