Jhin Ult buggy

I had multiple instances in which while I am using Jhin's ult the enemy champion whom I'm targeting moves in a laggy way. It begins after I have taken one shot, then when they are slowed I can't hit them because this lag is almost like a flash in how they move and the enemy champion speeds up. So its seems like a laggy bug with Jhin's ult. I understand that this may be just lag however, I have played many games in one sitting and had zero lag until I ult with Jhin and I ult at enemy champions and I am missing by a mile because of this buggy lag. Again, I'm not 100% sure if its on my end but its just so frustrating when you play a skill shot champion like Jhin and you can't hit the broad side of a barn.
