Just got -13 LP

Queued up for a game of league with my buddy ranked solo/duo and we were in champ select... My client froze and i was unable to pick a champion... I had to close the client and open it again and wait 5 minutes b/c of the "queue dodging". Then we decide to queue again and all was fine until i picked my champion with 4 seconds left and attempted to lock in... But the Lock in button didn't allow me to lock in my champion and then i got a 30 minute "queue dodge" and now i'm at -13 LP.... I find this unfair as i didn't do anything wrong and now i have to pay consequences for it.
