Champion Select Bug

So me and my friend have been playing duo queue quite a bit lately. Usually everything is smooth but every once in a while we seem to be facing bugs. Such as being unable to join the lobby even though we have accepted in time or being unable to chat in the lobby; also more importantly sometimes when we click to select champions either to lock in or ban in ranked or draft pick nothing happens. The champion doesn't get selected and we exceed the timer and end up dodging the queue unintentionally. I'm posting this in hope to resolve this problem and improve the experience of playing league. :)
