Camera and Abilities

When I loaded into the rift playing Olaf top lane, I found for some reason not only was I unable to lock the camera with Y (however holding the space bar did) yet I ALSO couldn't use ANY of my abilities AT ALL. I'm in awe at the state of this game. Absolute unit.
