[CLIENT] Champion Select Bug - Unable to Interact

I just played a game, where in the lobby the ADC and I (Support) agreed to trade. I locked in Vayne for her, and the client stuttered/lagged for a moment. I was the last pick on Blue side.

The last pick on Red selected Jhin. The countdown for his select bugged and displayed '0' throughout the duration. It hung there for a moment, then displayed the post-select prep countdown as '0' as well.

During this time, I was unable to interact with the client. The ADC player attempted to initiate a champion swap, but I was unable to click 'Accept'.
