Riot must improve their fucking client

I was trying to play ranked, I waited queue, then found the match, then started banning champ. I chose one and press picked, but client just stopped there. Nothing happened. I just quit league and then start again. Waited 5 mins and queue, found match, I chose pyke but then the client stopped again, so clicked so many times and then poppy was banned. Ok it was fine. then I picked my champ and clicked lock in. it stopped again. Nothing happned. then suddenly the match ended. it says I didnt lock in. So now I must wait for 30 mins for the next queue. What the fuck is this shit? What did I do? No network problem, I checked it. It was just Riot's client was so fucking shit, and just didnt do what I did.
