Game keeps freezing my whole PC, only music continues to play

Greetings, we all know that Riot cant fix its game and never will. So since today I have the bug that my game freezes completly and I cant acces my desktop or task manager. The only option is a hard reset. I can get into the client, load up the game but after I am ingame for around 10 seconds to 2 Minutes it freezes and I cant do anything. I installed new drivers. Didnt fix it. Yesterday night I could still play without problems. What happened? Did Riot make a new patch/update today? Anybody with similar problems?

Does this happen spontaneously and randomly? Open up the Hextech Repair Tool (HRE). Are you also having trouble with TextureRegistry? There have been some posts about this with others having this problem, including I... The sad thing about it is since it freezes the entire client, there aren't any Bugsplats that can report the problem...

Switch from full screen to border-less window, this doesn't fix the freeze problem, but it does allow you to access your task manager and close the process so you can reconnect.
