ZED Shadow Bug

I have noticed for the past couple of weeks a bug with zed and was wondering if I am the only one, it's nothing too serious, more of a annoyance then anything. After you cast his shadow and throw his blades..everything works as normal..but after his shadow disappears and you try to throw his blades (Q) after..it still shows the arrow where the shadow was as if the shadow is still there
