Gangplank bug [GAMEPLAY]

Hi, hope im doing this right... I just played gangplank in teambuilder on EUW. I went toplane against an another gangplank and he could buy the upgrade for the ult but i couldnt. when i went in shop i could mark it so it apperd on the right side but i couldt pourshase, or trade even though i had 1127 SS. It must be some kind of a bug when there is 2 gangplank in the same game. Hope u guys can fix it cause it was not fun to use all that mana on q:ing minions and not get a thing for it :(
