Crash after champ selection,

After every patch the first game i start always crashes and it says error third party program uncompatable. I always restart my pc and it works, after this new patch i tried it and it didnt work (got low priority unfortunately). So i started to dig around about this problem and it says that an uncompatable program is running in the background (i ended every program that isnt vital for the function of the pc and it still didnt work). Read also that if i update my anti virus or other programs it will work, did that also didnt work. Also reinstalled LoL still doesnt work. Im silve 1 and i would love to get Gold for the rewards and my quests are running down in time to complete so please if anyone can help me im pretty desperate
