Yo GA has a bug!

I just got out of a game, where I had GA's passive up. I zoned the enemy team in a baron fight 1v4, I died, revived but then i realized when we won the teamfight my GA passive was still up. A visiual bug maybe? We won the game after that teamfight so I couldnt really see if dying again was going to revive me again. RITO PLS. 2 revives?! or just a visual bug?
