[GAMEPLAY] tooltip bonus AP Wooglets Witchcap 3v3

When in a twisted treeline game, i noticed a bug where Wooglets Witchcap does not show it's bonus AP to the user. All the other users in my game it does work on. My circumstance was: Nidalee (headhunter) with build: tear into runeglaive into seraphs into wooglets

reproduce: custom twisted treeline, build the build order --> no tooltip
