Sions Q and R dont cast after i use Q or R during Passive,

played Sion, the new Visually Updated one, and he was a beast, ripped Vlad a new one, until he got me, and when i used Q during my passive, he got away, and when i ressed, i couldnt cast my Q ever again... no idea why... then i died again and pressed R to use that ability during his Passive, and when i ressed again i couldnt use my R... it simply didnt cast... that being said, i was useless having my only AD ratio'd abilities not even castable... this obviously needs looking into... but W and E still work even after using them during passive hope this gets fixed soon as Sion "was" my fave champ haha :D and now i dont know him anymore :D

Basically using Death Surge can lock out the real abilities when respawned... is what i meant... not during his passive...
