Just saw this in shop as I was buying. It appears to be coming up every game where I have captain mobi boots in my item set for the champ I've been playing (Thresh) Screenshot attached

I can agree this does happen. it has been going on for about 1 1/2 weeks but since i couldnt get my screen to capture i wasnt able to report it correctly
