Auto Attack Icon gets locked as my mouse cursor

Hello!

I submitted help from Riot and was told to post my bug here.

I've played probably 5 or 6 league games since the last patch last week and in all of them I can remember I get this problem. I'll be playing and I use "A click" a lot for auto's and more just to move around the map. After a while I'll notice that when you click "A" the auto attack icon (that little target) gets locked as my mouse cursor. This is super frustrating, because

  1. Ironically it doesn't allow me to use "A click" anymore.
  2. It doesn't allow me to left click on the mini map and zoom to that area.
  3. It doesn't let me click on opposing champions.
  4. And most of all it's just very frustrating to keep looking at.

I hope this can get fixed. I'm not an amazing player (plat V) but I do feel like this affects my games a little since it's always in the back of my mind which it shouldn't have to be. Thanks!!

I got this in Hexakill, and I don't use the A auto attack (I right click). It really screwed up game play because some of my abilities wouldn't work. I was using Renekton which requires a lot of champ-clicking, so many times stuns weren't going off.

It's doing this for all abilities on all champions. It's really stupid and more game breaking than having to login twice. I haven't even bothered to play the last couple days because of this. I'm surprised this isn't getting more attention, but sadly the lazy neckbeards rather complain about having to type their passwords twice instead.
