[GAMEPLAY] Kennen - Invisible Ult

I played a game recently and at least twice kennen's ult did not appear on my screen, but it still occurred. I don't think this bug is consistent, but it is a major issue.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Custom game with Kennen on opposing team.
2. Get Kennen to lv 6 and have him ult nearby.
3. Observe.
