[Client] Chat window doesn't save position.

If this is not the right location for this post I apologize.

With the update to the new in game HUD and the boast of "Persistence - if you open champion stats or latency display during a game, it’ll persist between matches." I would have thought that making the chat window save positions from game to game would also be included in this. As it is, it hasn't been. I play with my minimap on the left side which makes my chat window appear by default almost in the middle of my screen. I do this because I'm left eye dominant and having things on the left side of my screen makes things easier for me to see and notice at just a glance.

The chat window resets every time you get into a new game. This is reproducible %100 of the time with the map setting on the left side or the right side. All that you need to do is move the chat window to any location on the screen and after starting a new game it will appear in its default location instead of appearing in the location you set it the previous game.

This feature would be greatly appreciated by many people and has been asked about for a long time. I have tried to find a work around but to no avail.
