[Gameplay] No healthbar colours and other visual glitches

Please see the attached video for footage of the bug.

This bug just appeared one game that I loaded into and the game stayed like this the whole time, my health bar was not colored in, but still flashed red upon taking damage. There was also another champion icon in the bottom left but with a black circle instead of any champion picture.

I have no idea how the bug occurred and it only appeared once, I do not know if it is reproduceable.

The bug did not have any major effect on gameplay, but I still feel it was worth mentioning.
