MORDEKAISER ULT BUG

When casting Morde's ult on an enemy it randomly vanishes after a few seconds of hovering over their head and goes on cooldown, or you ult the enemy and it floats over their head and they die but you never get the ghost. It seems like his ult duration is being cut short for some reason or turning off.

The ultimate can be cleansed or QSSd which are readily available from items. It's hard to say without you showing us the game in question that it was indeed a bug
