Ivern LichBane bug {Game Play}

While playing poro king I played Ivern. I purchased Lich bane after Rod of Ages then tried to use my brush to combine with lich bane. It would not combine 90% of the time. Had 50dmg +90 ap for bush skill and lich was 230ish would OCCASIONALLY hit for 330 but often only for 230 magic damage.
