[GAMEPLAY] Free Luden's Echo passive given to Echo

When playing a 5v5 with Echo, I noticed about halfway through the game I was given a free Luden's Echo buff whilst playing. However, I never did purchase this item. It did not give me the extra ability power or movement speed, but the charges still built and the bonus magic damage was dealt to surrounding enemies. Upon dying, this did not go away and stayed with me until the end of the game.

Unfortunately, since it was purely accidental, I have no idea how this happened, but here are some pictures that show the problem (Even though it was technically to my advantage)
