Worlds 2018 Pick'em Group Stage Picks didn't save

Why didnt my picks for the Group Stage didnt save. When I go to My Picks it says Group Stage Picks Have Locked, and none of the teams that I chose yesterday are there. After I got my teams in order it said Saved at the bottom of the screen and I didnt see any Submit button, so I thought my picks went through. RiOT help!!! Did this happened to anyone else? Is there any way to get my picks back.
