Tons of bugs to report

So ever since the preseason came out I have been hammered by no less than one bug per game! Current bugs off the top of my are head are, game freezing and then crashing(which probably got me reported earlier today by the way as my team surrendered before i could reconnect), HP and Mana bars not showing up on the bottom of the screen(the numbers are there, but the bars aren't), people doing things they shouldn't be able to do(full tank rammus 1v1 from full hp to 0 in 1-2 seconds? LoL didn't have hacking issues last I checked...), etc.

I am sick of all of these bugs Riot. You have the PBE to weed out bugs, so why are they getting onto the non-beta servers?
