Cannot buy Legacy skin in Snowdown Shop

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with the apparent bugs from earlier this morning, but, as is, I cannot buy Rune Wars Renekton from the shop for some reason. I was able to buy Master Arcanist Ziggs from the shop, but as seen in the above screenshot, something isn't registering. I already tried restarting the game several times as well, and I don't have enough RP to buy the non-on-sale Renekton.

Anyone have any solutions?

EDIT: Okay apparently I found out about 5 minutes later that Rune Wars Renekton is available in the actual shop for even CHEAPER at 50% off. I'm guessing that this has something to do with the issue at hand.
