I was in ranked champ select and it showed an ally pick their champ and froze on them so I ended up not being able to pick my champion and it made me doge and I got a wait timer for something that I could not help.

Similar occurrence happened to me. It was my turn to ban, I click on a champion then I click ban then the timer freezes for a second so then I decide to spam click ban because I didn't want to get a dodge queue.

The timer then goes to zero and I get a message saying "There was an error: could not select your champion."

Then I am reverted back to the lobby with the leaver message.

To make matters worse it was my first promo game so there is my first loss. Sigh..
