Lost prevented

I really don't know what to say Riot.Listen to this stor.I started a game with my friends and we picked champs and waited for the game too, the gane didn't start so we got out of league and launch it again and we wait queue and wait then logging on and we logged on and see we are playing 3v5 because some players didn't reconnect thinking its a bug or something and we played 3v5 and didn't count as LOST PREVENTED and I lost 19lp and I am ferious, and my friend got Leave buster because of the bag and I repeat leave buster not cause he wanted to leave no becs rito made him leave and what rito is going to do about that leave buster nothing and they something like better community and all that.I am really disappointed in Leauge.
