Computer freezes after log in

Okay so I went with my brothers in they`re room to play a league game together, And then I open it, Click launch, Then log in then when i log in My computer freezes, all i see is the screens are black (the main page and the places where it says Master chef Tahm kench and Gentleman Gnar) and yeah, So i go reseraching and I saw to right click the program and then click properties then go to i think compatibility or something,so i did that But it still froze, and reinstalled it once

Details: I have a windows 8.1, 281 gb free from 457, but has a few games on it like Runescape, Minecraft, Hearthstone, League of legends.
