Issue with Regeneration Potion

I do not really know how to reproduce this one, I just know that I popped a potion and I had no animation going on (The green animation that happens glowing around the champion while you heal from a potion), and the icon of the potion was empty, also the text seemed to not find something.

Anyways, I hope it gets solved. Not so big but yeah. (This is NA, no pbe)
