Game crashing every 2nd match

so my game has been crashing every 2nd match I play after I log in like I cant even make it to the champion loading screen. the launcher then proceeds to tell me that It can't connect to the server when I try to log in again for at least an hour or so. After that I can log in and it repeats itself this has happened to me three times in a row any help would be appreciated.
