Eve cooldown for Q goes for 5 seconds. Please fix, its been happening for 2 months, I thought u guys would fix it. So now i'm reporting it because apparently no one else has. It is game breaking.

Dang man, you are lucky that wasn't a team fight, simple bug would have made you useless, then lost you the game
