As of the new patch 5.6 I cannot log in

Hello Rioters,

I have a need to ask you how to fix the connection to the server issue, I have dropped my firewall, rebooted my computer relogged several times. Still the game is saying the firewall is blocking me. Because of this I continually get leaverbuster warnings unintentionally and my INTERNET is fine. Please help me out, I don't want to get more leaverbuster warnings because the firewall is blocking me from playing games. Thank you!
