Honor system

I can't get honor lvl 3 , I have 2 checkpoints of 3 , I can't get that third checkpoint I think my honor is bugged bcs last season I had honor lvl 4 in august and until honor sysyem change I played about 7 games per day and I got honored 100 times and I never got honor lvl 5 .. same is now when the honor system changed. I got honor lvl 2's second checkpoint 2 months ago very fast and I cant get that third checkpoint. My friends which play once in 2 weeks and get 2-3 honor they all got honor lvl 3 already and I still haven't so I want you to tell me why ? Am I bugged ? Am I restricted ? what is wrong... :S I got fragments but I never lvl up in honor from some point I cant get higher just like last season and last honor system :( I hope you will read this and thank you <3
