Bump It happened to me too.
Morde's W can't be self-cast either.
It's not the worst, you just have to cast it where you are, or where you are running to. BUT it is very annoying that this is happening, and caused me to open up my hotkey's to figure out what was going on, only to search after game to discover it was a bug.
there is a pause when you dont self cast... which makes it useless during risky/fast paced maeuvers. PLZ FIX!!!!!
