Client bug and lag

The client lately seems to have moments where it lags hard or displays the wrong images or text out of place during gameplay, the wasn't an issue prior to 6.10 but after has become increasingly worse at times. The image posted in the link is just an example of that type of issue where a game of Swain was played but the backdrop instead shows Aatrox.
