[CLIENT] Issue: lockout in draft

So i'm having a repeated issue today, and a couple weeks ago with my league client. During draft, i stay connected to the chat and am able to send and receive messages there. Meanwhile, i see people's ban pick countdown tick, but no pick made. It hovers on 0. Twice today in ranked, it boots me because they have actually made their ban picks and i am unable to lock in a choice of my own!
