Spoils of War not proccing with Rakan
Literally have to last hit the minion, in order to proc the heal and gold. I.e. caster minions in the early levels are barely 200 hp, but hitting them multiple times still wont proc the effects

Afaik he's ranged, Spoils of War only triggers with melee attacks.
is a ranged champion just like 
. Both have different animations at different ranges, but that doesn't make them Melee. So its working as intended.
He is ranged. That is all.
