Graves Trinity Force Bug??

Was recently testing a Graves build out and noticed that quickdraw only procs the spell blade effect only if you don't need to reload. Was wondering if that was intended or not.

Just to make sure it wasnt the Trinity Force cooldown...... it wasnt that the Trinity Force was on cooldown was it? Otherwise I would say that is more likely a bug than intentional.

No. I understand that sheen procs have an intended 2 sec cool down. However when I was playing graves I stood still and Quickdraw'ed and noticed that if another action canceled the full dash distance I wouldn't get the sheen proc. (I.e auto attacking or using the quickdraw to reload a bullet).
