Once hitting Sated Devourer with Ekko , i found that he could not proc his passive in two attacks with Phantom Hit (e.g. Jax , Vayne , Xin Zhao etc.)

1. Gets Sated Devourer
2. Still requires three auto-attacks to proc Ekko passive
3. y u do dis.
4. Try not to cry
5. Cry a lot
6. Dies, goes to hell and sees Teemo I'm not sure if the Sandstorm skin affects this as i don't own it, but it definitely lowered my damage output and effectiveness since i expected my passive to be proved with two hits. I've had this bug for two straight games man this ain't fun. Please tell me some other unfortunate soul has experienced this bug and that I'm not delusional. rito pls.
