Queue bugged for life

I get this bugged for the last 3 weeks.This only happens to my main account, and I've never gotten to play on it since facing this issue. I just left match making 1,2 in aram not even in game but champ select.. I log in 1 hour later this queue bug just keeps popping whenever i try to queue i wait the cooldown but then it resets again and again then I eventually get disconnected... wtf is wrong i inserted a file of what it says
