About 3 days ago, I noticed that Bard's auto attacks do not proc iceborn, lichbane or triforce anymore. I noticed it in Blitz mode then ranked mode. I also tried testing it in the training. Luden's Echo will still proc off Bard's meep auto attacks but not the proc "Spellblade." Was this intended or an actual bug?
Well it hasn't been mentioned but have you tried casting an ability first before performing a basic attack? Because that's how Spellblade works. Spellblade won't work on passive on hits suchs as Bard's Meeps. Luden's Echo will proc because the Meep's are a passive ability the activate on-hit. Spellblade requires you to activate a champion's basic ability before you get the enhance's basic attack.

Hopefully it's a bug.
Do you just mean that it won't work if you have it ready (Such as you Q>AA), or that it won't proc it without an ability cast first?
