[GAMEPLAY] Gragas can't cast "Barrel Roll", "Q"

Gragas is unable to cast "Barrel Roll" after the barrel rolls and disappears off the map on the Howling Abyss. The spell continued through its timer and entered and was stuck on the second stage of the spell to explode the barrel.

Additional game details:

1. Approximately level 12
2. Barrel Roll "Q" was maxed out
3. Red Team
4. Character death did not reset this issue.
5. The spell icon did not transition to it's red version.

Steps in how it occurred:

1. Rolled the barrel from approximately the center of the Howling Abyss into the edge of blue side bush, closest to red side bush.
2. Barrel rolled off map and disappeared. No explosion occurred.
3. Timer runs out and unable to recast "Barrel Roll"
