can't talk
at the lobby it said logging onto chat service and i can't chat or something and other guys think i am autolock er so they keep reporting me. help me how to solve this plz.

This has also been happening to me. When I first log into League the client says: "Logging into chat service." I've had to log out and back in to get it working again. This will periodically happen during champion select and in the post game results screen as well. The fix always seems to be to log out then back in. This has not affected in game chat.
I keep getting booted from team builder by chat client, what ever the hell that is. But it will happen and this error report pops up. Its so annoying and i guess a lot of people have been getting it. But it makes it hard to team play with people you know if it keeps saying you're not there.
