I wanted to buy a rune page just now and I can't for the life of me find where to get it. I'm pretty sure the option is currently bugged. A friend of mine tested this too, and also couldn't find the option (different countries, clients, PC's), so it's not just me. I looked everywhere and I'm pretty sure they were there a couple of days ago. Anyone else experiencing anything like this?
go to Store > Gameplay > select Tier: Show All
like even if the Store > Gameplay > select Tier: Show All path helped, who for the love of god even thought this would be a good place???!! either make a separate section for runpages, make them visible all the time by default or smth... #ritopls
I am having this problem too. When I go to store, gameplay and have show all, there is no option to buy rune pages. My boyfriend did it on his account and it gave him the option to buy rune pages but I don't even have the option. Is there any fix for this? I don't know what to do. :(
I got same problem here. I checked shop from top to bottom twice, and i am sertain i got no option to buy rune page. Must be some wierd bug. Hope Rito fixes it soon.

i've put Tier:Show All but i still cant seem to find it
2 months later and I still have the same problem (does not show up when i select "Tier: Show All" as well). Did someone find a way to fix this?

every time i save up 6300 ip the rune pages aren't there so i bought a champ because i'm inpatient. I've been playing about 3 months and i'm really getting annoyed with only having 2 rune pages at lv30
