So many client problems

In champ select, my clicks register 2-3 seconds after I actually click something. I can't select any of my unlocked skins on any champion, even though when I click on their locked icon it says that I already have the content. My player icon is also the default melee minion and my level/rank and missions aren't displayed. My friends see status messages that are different from what I am doing (says I'm in-game when I'm queueing in their party, etc). My client stays on a black screen for 30 seconds to a minute after I enter the client... I can go on and on. I don't know what's happening, all of these problems appeared after an update a little while ago :/

Oh, and uninstalling/reinstalling the client hasn't fixed anything
